Weeeee boss 3, Felmyst formerly the Blue Dragon Madrigosa is vanquished! Big grats to everyone particularly the replacements we bought in last minute so we could get underway. A well deserved kill this one. We went on to have some fun with the gauntlet ... by fun I mean ... oh geez which arse at Blizzard thought of this? Anyway three of six down.

July 28th - Sunwell Plateau - 25 humans (well mostly) vs. the machine, outcome, humans 1, machine 0 - Brutallus lay dead. Practice makes perfect it seems! Well done to everyone the past few (expensive) attempts, it's been a learning exercise but it came good in the end. And who needs tactics, pfft. First up the kill picture then a couple of Wolfie fueled Ironforge celebrations, enjoy!

woohoo - first boss in Sunwell set free. Not bad going for a three night a week guild who only recently killed Illidan for the first time. As is the norm for our loot the demon presented us with a dagger for our hard work, how kind. Great job all, taken some practice but our Sunwell Razorgore has been defeated. We had a few pops at Brutallus, he insisted on killing peeps though, unsure why, probably the whole hostile boss thing, needs further investigation.

Illidan trips, falls, fataly injured

Back in March 2007 a small group of ex-DP formed a new guild called Aquila. While hopes were high we would progress to new content Illidan and Black Temple were a distant "dream". Well tonight the guild fulfilled that dream and killed the Betrayer, all original TBC content cleared. A couple of nights worth of attempts is what it took. Of course congratulations to everyone, a big well done!

Mono + Saddle = Win!

Doing three bosses on the timer is something the guild often manages in Zul'Aman. The fourth boss has eluded us though, missed by mere seconds in the past. Tonight, haha, that changed! Going with an interesting group composition all four bosses were downed with a couple of minutes to spare. Our first guild bear, well, aside from Mono and Dawn - despite our best efforts mounting them never worked out well.
